Embroidery historically embroidery is done by women, but that didn't stop some of the famous men from embroidering and relaxing or calling it "painting with thread" or something. Actor Henry Fonda revealed in an interview that his favorite hobby was embroidering. In between shots while filming, he relaxes and sat the satin stitch to relax the time. Another gentleman was Gustaf V, King of Sweden between 7-150. She relaxes by embedding the flame stitch. It was a very unusual employment among men of their generation, but it did not cease to be devoted to the magnificent art of embroidery by Cowboy Henry or King Gustaf. They are both proof that embroidery is something for everyone; Young or old, poor or rich, famous or unknown - the only thing needed is a needle, thread, fabric and an extra moment.
