Embriodery stitch guide...7

Cloud Filling Stitch

Usage: Filling in spaces
- Replace the stitches as shown in the diagram, and lay the foundation for the small, evenly spaced vertical stitches.
- Knit your dense secondary threads through a knitting network in rows.
- After starting from the right, thread the index first under the vertical stitch, then bring the tour needle down to the bottom right. Next, thread your needle in the bottom right, next to the next vertical stitch. Continue sewing at a zig-zag speed at the end of the row.
- Work the opposite way in the next row.

Tip:
- Use an embroidery hoop to hold your tension, and don't pull too tightly by knitting your secondary thread through your vertical stitching.

Feather stitching

Uses: decorative border edges, border decorating, plants and shoots.
- Work vertically from top to bottom.
- With the loop in front 1, switch the needle down to 1 and back to the bottom 2 from the right.
- Put the needle back in 3 and pull the thread to shape the loop as desired.
- Insert the sert to the right of the needle 4, leaving the loop in the front thread.
- Bring the needle to 6 and pull the thread to shape the loop.
- Move the next stitch to the left and continue sewing.
- To finish, take a short stitch on the top loop.
Tip:
- Identify 4 parallel guides to create even width stitches (be sure to use a removable marker as the stitches do not completely cover the guide)

Lazy Daisy Stitch (Chain Stitch Different)

Use: Stitch in a circle to make flowers, can be single stitch leaves.

Like chain stitching, however, the loops are "disconnected" rather than connected.
- Get up at 1, back down to the same hole or just to the right side of Point 1, making the front loop.
- Bring the needle to 2 and pull the loop to the desired shape.
Tip:
- Finish the center of the flower with a bunch of French knots.
